Take the Next Step
Ready to move beyond the cycle of endless self-sabotage?
If you’ve been struggling with motivation, not because you don’t want to—but because something inside just won’t let you take action—I see you.
It’s called executive dysfunction, and it can stem from a myriad of things like parentification or narcissistic abuse. It’s also often found in neurodivergent individuals or those with mental health disorders like depression and anxiety.
But to finally put words to something you’ve never been able to explain… it’s essentially the severance of your ability to plan something, and the secondary (yet overlooked necessary) ability to act on it.
I know exactly how much pain you’re in…
Because I HAVE BEEN IN YOUR SHOES. And no one knew why I did what I did. I didn’t, either.
I made the decision that enough was enough. Life wasn’t worth living if I constantly had so many dreams, and yet would sabotage every effort to fulfill them. Even something as “simple” as wanting to clean my home a certain way or take better care of my health… nope, out the window.
So I dug into why I was the way that I was. Hundreds of hours of research. Months of interviewing 70+ individuals who had the same exact symptoms, and yet had no explanation.
